This is a custom order for a Flames of orange beanie cap. It will be made to your specifications.
This reversible beanie cap is 100% cotton, Our Linings change constantly but are always 100% cotton. You can expect either a solid color or a funky print lining in your beanie. Completely reversible so they can be worn either side. All fabrics have been pre-shrunk prior to construction so there will be minimal shrinkage. The brim is lined with 24oz denim for a sturdy finish.
Select a short band of 1.5" for an above the ear fit. If you prefer a 2" band for an over the ear fit, select the long band.
Each beanie cap is custom cut and will appear distinct, due to pattern repetition and sizing differences.
Welders beanie caps are sized according to head measurement and hat size.

Care instructions
Aprons:
WITH DETACHABLE LEATHER: Can be washed with warm water and dried in the dryer. Press your apron from the inside with a hot steamy iron.
WITH LEATHER POCKETS: Lay the apron flat and wash affected area with a soft cloth or sponge soaked with warm water and mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. The apron should fit like your favorite jeans over time. Can be machine washed on gentle cycle with gentle detergent. Do not dry the apron in the dryer. Can be occasionally dry cleaned. Press from the inside.
Beanie Caps: Fabrics are pre shrunk prior to construction for minimal shrinkage. Machine washable with warm water, BEANIES OF MIXED OR LIGHT COLOR ARE RECOMMENDED A COLD WATER WASH. Machine dry. Press your beanie after laundering.
What size Apron should I choose?
Please see the full list of sizes available in the description section of the apron listing (see "more" in red: check there) as this area is not large enough to list and describe all the sizes.
SIZING TIPS:
There should be a space at your lower back between the edges of the apron. There needs to be 6" to 8" for the squeeze buckle back there. The belts are an additional 22" for adjustment, lots of room to go bigger.
Your width -(subtract)- (6to8") = Select apron closest to this number in your body type (height) above.
Length can be adjusted at the neck as well.
Remember these are just guidelines and you can customize your fit up or down a size to suit your style.

Measure your head with a measuring tape. Start at your forehead and run the tape over the tops of your ears and back to your forehead. Choose your size based on this measurement.
Choice of 1.5" or 2" band for length
What is Bull Denim?
Bull Denim is durable and heavy, takes dye well with very good results. Not stiff like canvas. Bull Denim fabric is often referred to as "tough as nails" due to the strong 3x1 twill construction. Although the fabric is extremely durable it is also amazingly soft!
Any spills wipe right off! It can be laundered in cool water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry, It dries very quickly. Press your Apron from the inside.

Leave it off: The leather tab will be left off of the item. There is no change in price for this option.
Leave it Blank: The leather tab will be left blank. There is no change in price for this option.
Add the Maple Leaf: The Maple leaf is punched into the leather tab. There is no change in price for this option.
Add a Name: The only font available is pictured. The letters are etched into the leather tab, a leather dye is used to fill in the letters. There is a $15.00 charge for this option.
